Dr Phoebe Sheppard graduated with distinction from her Bachelor of Health Science (Chiropractic) and Masters of Clinical Chiropractic at RMIT University in Melbourne.
Phoebe has previously worked in clinics throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. In 2015, she also travelled to Cambodia where she provided chiropractic care as part of a volunteer medical team.
Phoebe uses a broad range of techniques (diversified, activator, soft tissue therapy and exercise rehabilitation) to help patients achieve their health and performance goals.
She is continually furthering her knowledge to stay up to date with the latest treatment techniques. Phoebe is currently completing her post-graduate studies in Sports Chiropractic. She is a member of the Chiropractor’s Association of Australia, Sports Chiropractic Australia and the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic.
Phoebe often travels with sporting teams as their team therapist. She has recently worked with teams at the World Cup of Sailing, Ironman 70.3 Geelong, Bathurst 12 Hour endurance racing and in Bangkok with Volleyball Australia’s junior women’s team.
As a keen runner herself, Phoebe loves the opportunity to share her passion for running and being active. Her own experiences have provided an understanding of the various strains and niggles that commonly occur throughout training for events, and she can offer advice on training and injury management to ensure you get to the starting line feeling strong!
With her strong clinical interests in postural and musculoskeletal complaints, injury rehabilitation and improving sports performance, Phoebe supports her patients to achieve optimal body function.
