You’re not alone
Neck pain is one of the most common reasons people come to see us — it affects people of almost every age and background, from students hunched over laptops to tradespeople, parents lifting young children, and older clients managing years of wear and tear. It’s estimated that around 1 in 3 adults will experience neck pain at some point each year, and for many, it becomes a recurring problem rather than a one-off.
What makes neck pain so frustrating is how much it can interfere with ordinary life — turning to check a blind spot while driving, sleeping through the night, sitting through a full work day, or simply looking down at your phone without discomfort. We regularly see people who’ve adjusted their whole routine around their neck pain without realising there’s a clearer path forward.
