You’re not alone
Shoulder pain is something we see regularly in clinic, often linked closely with posture — whether that’s from long hours at a desk, repetitive work or sporting movements, or simply how someone naturally holds themselves day to day. It can range from a dull, ongoing ache to sharp pain that limits reaching, lifting or even getting dressed comfortably.
For many people, shoulder pain quietly changes how they go about everyday tasks — reaching into a cupboard, carrying shopping, playing with kids, or getting through a workout without discomfort. It’s easy to underestimate how much shoulder mobility contributes to daily life until it’s compromised.
